Soooooooooo ready for some sunshine...maybe this will help ;)

Ahhhhh...it may not have been sunny in this pic, but certainly was warm!!!

Good morning!! So today, we dared the weather & journeyed to the tulip & lilac gardens!! what beauty!! we've really been wishing to visit, but our weather is barely warm enough! it was just (& by "just" i mean it was really too cool!!) warm enough to go today! we spent some time with the tulips-which by the way were AMAZING!!! they weren't doing it today, but the past few weeks have been very bizarre weather, including random hail "storms" & so what they do at the tulip farms, is create these really loud explosions! and the sound waves bust up the hail so the flowers are not demolished! how clever! some friends had gone a few weeks ago, & reported these "sonic booms" were going off every 30 seconds!! who would've guessed! anyways, no hail today! in fact, we had a lovely break in the rain while at the tulips! then we went to the lilacs (another favorite site for mommy!) and we had just enough time to wonder a short ways before the rain really started!! i was getting cold & hungry anyways, so it was okay!! --.speaking of being in the weather, an advance apology for family this upcoming weekend..mom & i both have the darn sniffles again! maybe we picked it up at the pool? which is precisely why we hadn't gone till cold & flu season was over!! -- anyhow, now we're home again & the weather is really windy & rainy!! (hmm...sorta feel like a meteorogist here giving you daily reports of our weather!!) that's it for now. i'm going to give loves to the animals in my books, cuz i'm sweet like that ;)

ps, mom is getting emotional about my birthday coming up...somebody knock her in the head would ya!!

Well kids, they FINALLY took me swimming...mom's been talking about it for eleven whole months now!!! and i LOVEd it!!! i was a bit overwhelmed since there were so many other kids in pool, splishing & splashing about!..but it was great! we probably played for about 45 minutes or more! i zoomed & bobbed & laughed at daddy spashing around! i did really well in the water, there is a spot (as you can see here) that i can stand up in the pool, and to go anywhere else, i had my niffty life coat on..which i didn't mind all that much! it was all sooo new & exciting!! then, i even slept better last night for my parents! (so mom says we're going every night!) better go for now, on our way to baby class so i can tell my other short buddies about my adventures!! love & miss you, have a great day:)
