look out world....

just a quick note for you all: STAY WARM!!!

it's quite chilly here, but even colder for the rest of you it sounds like!! 15degrees in OK City? -3 tomorrow morning in spokane!! brr!!
we're doing just fine, mommy is loving the wind, it has been blowing like crazy here for a couple days now...this must be the "east winds" we've heard about for the last ten years ;) as you know, this city shuts down at the threat of snow, schools are closed all week already!! today was georgeous, but our forcast says a wicked storm (two in fact) are soon to arrive!! (mommy is pretty excited!! you should see her, she keeps smiling real big & watching outside!..i'm not sure what i'm watching for, but the trees and random items are blowing around out there!!) in fact, when i went to grandma's this morning, she was talking to her neighbor, because it looked like she had an addition put on to her roof! it was an extra covering for her roof! i thought it might have been another way of insulating her house, but it was her neighbors canopy/covering type thing that had blown into the electrical wires & got tangled up & stuck on grandma mary's roof! took them about two hours to get it down!
and yesterday, grandpa mike had a little incident w/ his car. it couldn't get up the hill, slid into a ditch, & while grandpa was out talking to another guy, his car slid even more & i'm not sure of the details, but grandpa fell, knocking his hat & glasses off & bruising (if not busting) a couple ribs! ouchie grandpa! we saw him last night because he had a late flight out at the airport, but we sent him w/ a pain killer type goodie bag! ugh. wish we could fix you up grandpa!
daddy and grandma are working today, (daddy got stuck on his way up to work today :( so we're investing in a set of chains tonight!) and since they drive home way after dark we're already worried about the next couple days, tomorrow should be okay, but wednesday sounds very sketchy..
better go for now, now mommy is just procrastinating (aka: babbling) ;) xoxo
