well...daddy got a call to return to his job for now. (THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!) what a blazin' roller coaster. we're both emotionally (if i can speak for brian) exhausted, but thankful. hopefully the next few years will be a little more stable. what a ride. i think i've managed to transfer some of the stress to the poor little ones. charlie has been unusally whiney & whimpery these last couple weeks. sorry buddy. hope it is just the current stress & not a new phase for him(us)!! & izzy has had pretty goupy & mucousy stools for a month now. (since feb 3rd to be exact!) i thought it was from a party we went to (kat's) party where he was fed the little animal crackers-the pink & white ones with the dots? but it just never went away. we had it tested at the doctor's in the lab, but it came back with a "clean" bill. maybe if i'm not stressed, it'll get better. i am still nursing~for now. may get down to just night time nursing within a month or so. i nursed charlie until 14 months. izzy's now 13 months. (sniff sniff!) love you all. thanks for the prayers & support.

gg, those are the boxes from the night-stands there on the left! they're now broken down into perfect size houses & a hopscotch game! (this morning grandma mary was over & charlie started bouncing around singing hopscotch, so she drew the squares on the boxes. very cute indeed.

today he's "bruiser" you can barely see the mysterious small bruise right above his nose by his hairline & he's also got another one over his left eyebrow from charlie's head!...

charlie's finger thing i was telling you about...he gets to see a second dermatologist (diff insurance now) next friday. the last doctor said to leave it unless it was troublesome. which it wasn't then (december? november?) but now, ...it breaks open a couple times a week-give or take. we usually keep a bandaid over it. & he babies the crap out of it...but hasn't given any indication it actually hurts. just is an annoyance. he can't bend that finger most the way because of the size of the stinker

3 out of 2 people have trouble with fractions...

so the other day, we follow a mini cooper into the costco parking lot. charle gets uber excited & says "look! a mini muffin just like grandpa's!!"....i'm still laughing about it & it was two days ago!!!
back to doing taxes. yuck...it always seems to stress me out more than it should! and we've got lots of prep still for tomorrow's school. charlie needs a decorated valentine's (kleenex) box & valentines for the class (only for 9) & we'll make heart shaped snacks. heart shaped cheese with crackers. or should i make them cheese sandwiches? hmm..
speech school was good today. we did the 'K' sound. will tell you about it once i finish these blasted numbers for the tax lady!

so in the middle of the game. i noticed this lengthy commercial in the superbowl. it was playing wasted emotions by abba. and just kept going. i kept waiting for the punchline...ya know, the million dollar commercial that makes you laugh!!...turns out..after it just kept going, i checked the channel...izzy had the remote & turned the channel to MammaMia!!!...LOL!!!...

well..i'm attempting to upload a video-nothing special, just my two wee ones playing around! posting a few pictures to keep you updated is quicker than explaining each one. but i'll give it a shot here!!...while isaiah is terrorizing the nightstand & charlie is playing fireman.(which i so have to share a picture of that with you when i get one!! he has the vaccuum hose & his fire hat, he slides down the post from our 4 post bed...all while the demo is playing from a casio keyboard straight out of the 80's! the song apparently has a "siren" that he waits for to go put the fire out!) anyways, birthday festivities for izzy were fabulous as expected. grandma & grandpa barge came to town & the weekend was spent with the strattons. scott
