Charlie is doing a presentation on Amelia Earhart tomorrow and he just whipped this out.

Makoto dinner with grandpa mike for Easter..charlie is wearing his top hat (easter bunny brought a magic set for isaiah)...he had three plates of steamed clams, and a plate of steak and shrimp! Oh, and a firecracker popsicle.

Charlie has put a flashlight inside his plane for night flights!!

Charlie was sent home yesterday in spare clothes. Apparently he threw up:( hrs spent the last 24 hours juicing out both ends. And constant tummy pain. He's slept most of today. Daddy stayed home. I had my last day of 2nd quarter! 2 week break for me now! (Phew). I have a list a mile long if things I need to get done before April arrrives!!
I this kind of puts a damper on our plan to play hooky from school on Thursday to go see Nora and NW Trek!
So far no one else has had the pleasure.

so, I got some poppies last week because, well, spring is coming. Chase & Chase McCain (our resident squirrels) have eaten every single last flower.!!!

I'm doing my homework and say something outloud about hypoxia. Charlie pipes up and says "I know what that is..it is when you don't have enough oxygen and your brain gets cloudy". I ask how he knew that, he said "from air disasters"! I love it! air disasters is a tv show about airplane crashes.

Charlie managed to sneak an entire box of gold fish by me this morning...he said he put a few in his pocket when he was chomping on them in the truck. Then he pulls out this huge box. ..
