aww....plumb pooped out again..in the big bed...ahhh...so lovely! little did we know that when we bought a california king that it would serve two adults, two kids & two kitties!!...good thing we got the big one!

our last crib was recalled. so izzy gets a brand new one! here is charlie showing him how to use the remote for the rainforest mobile!!
one really cool thing about our new home is we can watch the weather coming from the south east, & in the southwest, we can watch it around the mountain!!...cool!!! (it isn't usually this exciting~this just happened to be a particularly "stormy" day!!)(that's "rainstormy" for those of you not in the NW!!)
i had to throw this one in. charlie loves to take pictures & he also loves fruit snacks!!...so this wasn't too much of a suprise shot for me!

this was when grandpa brought over our new fridge! thank you sooo very much, we love it!! charlie was having a blast running up & down the ramp into grandpa's truck!
last summer (ish) charlie was at grandma mary's. he wanted to play outside, but she told him the "grass is wet", so they'd have to wait till it was dry. well, mister charlie promptly walked himself to the kitchen, grabbed the dish towel off the oven rack, & proceeded to go dry off the grass!!!....
thought of that the other day & couldn't remember if i shared it or not..but still makes me laugh!
yesterday, i get off the phone with barefoot, & charlie asks who i called. i told him my work. he says, "silly! you don't call work ("wort") you call people!"
he's starting to say more & more things that are pretty cute. i'll try to keep you a bit more updated!!..
what's making izzy laugh these days? he loves to watch his brother do anything. he giggles when you tickle him (a lovely easy trick!) especially if you use your chin (while giving kisses!) to dig into his chest or shoulders!
he's had his first foods these last couple weeks. he seems to love them all. rice cereal, and mashed up bananas & carrots. i heard a rumor he also had whipped cream one night when i was at work! oh, & yogurt too. which reminds me, grandma mary, i was wanting to get some apples for you to make applesauce for isaiah. wouldn't that be special if that was one of his firsts? we'd like that! which apples do you like to use?
as for his giggles. i find myself doing some hilarious dance moves & sing songs to get him to laugh. he just melts my heart in the most amazing way!! i'm so blessed to have such a wonderful family...:)
