as the world turns

say an extra prayer for Dad today. Meiko got super sick this week and won't make it through today. Very sad day for Dad. They're pretty good buddies.

On the other side of the emotional scale, Charlie has had a good week. He is proud to be saying the Pledge of Allegiance over the intercom at his school four days this week! He also had a great football game on Saturday. He was quarterback and he scored a touchdown! Isaiah also had a pretty amazing touchdown it sounds like.

I was able to put an IV needle in this week! I got it right where it is supposed to be, but then I think i went right thru the vein...:/   but now i am confident I can do it successfully next time! :)
