note from mommy: oh & by the way... we are NOT pregnant :( guess i should have been more clear when talking about the little people inside my head...the little voices in my head, not little children ;) although...as much as i really really really (are you reading this daddy!!???) really want to be preggars, now we have to wait to see if bri gets this job in spokane...although, if we get pregnant now, we'll have some time to find a house right?!?! (wink wink nudge nudge...!!!)

great auntie terri!!! i keep meaning to get a thank you in the mail w/ a stellar picture of the coolest shirt you sent...but i haven't! in fact, i haven't even gotten as far as the stellar picture!!! we absolutely LOVE the charlie brown shirt! i kept seeing it at the store & always had to laugh! so i laughed extra hard when it came via you!! it fits perfectly! & looks adorable!! thank you so much for your thoughts! you've always been such a wonderful auntie to my mom & she really keeps you close to her heart! thank you for all you've ever done!! you are truly an inspiration :)

hi everyone, i had my very first dentist appointment today. the toys there were cool, but i wasn't interested in showing my chompers!! mommy held me on her lap while i laid into the doctor's lap & they pinned me while the doctor looked at my teeth (for a few seconds!) long enough for her to look real quick & do a real quick brushing. doc says they look good, i have four teeth to come in yet in the very back of my mouth. only concern is she told mommy to make sure to brush my gums cuz they bled a tiny bit when the doctor did it!! okay, have to run..love ya

we attempted to do some finger painting with pudding paint today, but i wasn't into getting my hands dirty! mommy did more painting than i!! i found it hilarious, but didn't want to do it myself! so instead i just ran in circles! love you.

ps, my very first dentist appt was this morning, but my silly mom went to the wrong dentist. twice!! we went to the first wrong one, then they sent us to another wrong one! by then, it was too late to get to the right place & had to reschedule for tomorrow! (and you know what? the right one is within walking distance!! HA!!) on the flip side, we got to listen to the inauguration this morning instead!! anyways, talk to you soon :)

so mommy has a little person inside her freaking out right now. if you have any extra calmness & support, please console this little spaz!
as of late, she's really been concerned about our house. it is very inefficient already when it comes to heating/cooling. we have single pain windows that have possibly not been replaced ever! there is no insulation under the house. yes, none!! and in the attic above, she had seen a few years back, the insulation up there (behind the secret door in the attic!), is the kind you blow in, looks kinda like a mixture of newspaper & dryer lint! at the time, she just closed the door & walked away, filing this in the uh-oh file in her little spaz's head! (after all..who wants to mess with asbestos?!?) & speaking of the ceiling, the garage ceiling has been slowly giving into all the treasures she has upstairs, which has lead to some serious purging these last few months. (okay, some rearranging too ;) i can't possibly part with it all right?) and now, she's been noticing cracks & nail holes in the ceiling more than ever inside the house. oh, & when luke was up there, he commented on another item mom chose to look the other way on too, ash. yup. there is ash in the attic too. house history: fire. check.
so, today, she was talking to grandpa edwards about our gas fireplace(which by the way she uses very infrequently since there is some odd material in there..), it seems to him, & his buddy who is familiar with gas fireplaces, that it is likely our chimney has a hole. a HOLE?. ...what the...ahhhhh!!!! we have the attic's insulation in our fireplace. or so it seems.
So...what the heck, do we need to start investing, cuz we're not staying here for long, we need a bigger house, (daddy says i won't have little brother 'till we get a bigger house! so we're shoppin!) OR, do we let the next first time buyers in here deal with it? and what the heck was the house inspector for? did he miss all this? i suppose our outdated sprinkler system that doesn't work was put in right after the fire..don't you?
anyways, lets put some cute pics of me up, enough whining :)

we took sir flat jonathon stanley to multnomah falls this morning! was amazingly "gorgeous!!" (get it GORGEgous!! the columbia gorge..?? ahhh...i crack myself up!!) anyways, charlie's favorite part was throwing snowballs over edges, through the fence, or any direction really! just throwing them & watching them go SPLAT! thank you grandma mary for joining us!!

we went to the children's museum this morning w/ our friends alex & seth! it was fun, seth is walking now so it was extra fun!! notice my change of cloths mid visit!!..i got a bit wet in the water room ;)

and just for the sake of venting, mommy didn't get the sign next to this kitty cat in the picture either time, but there is a sign next to it stating "no climbing"...really? "no climbing " on these items at the childrens' museum? ..really?
